How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.

Game Content Policy

All games on GameTwiz are either:

• Licensed from their respective copyright holders
• Open-source or publicly available with proper attribution
• Created by our development team
• Submitted by users with proper rights and permissions

We take copyright infringement seriously and will act swiftly to remove any infringing content upon receiving proper notification.

Response Time

We strive to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content.
